Autumn Park Apartments in Victoria Tx had my vehicle towed WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE, they gave no notice at all. I contacted the police because I thought my car had been stolen, the dispatcher was able to tell me that the complex had it towed. When I contacted the management of my apartments to find out where my car had been towed they gave me the name of a place that is not even in my city, it is located an hour away from my home & the location of my vehicle originally, they are extremely rude, so unprofessional, & it is very clear that they do whatever they can to make quick money. This complex refuses to fix damages that have happened to my apartment because of their negligance & continuoiusly blames tenants, management has no sense of responsibility YET IS VERY QUICK TO CHARGE ALL KINDS OF FINES & FEES. The moment my lease is up I will be moving. WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED.
