Complaint Review: Auxilio Inc

This is a company that fails hard at completing simple tasks. Because all they do is, Drum roll. Manage printers! They work at various locations like Hospitals put never have enough people. I used to work for them and they expect you to master everything in a very short time. The management is a joke, especially the district manager Josh for Orange County CA, that guy will do anything to further himself and I mean anything! I would not be surprised if they lost accounts because they want to squeeze cheap labor out of you by not having enough people. They treat their employees like s**t and their customers like god. It’s a soul sucking experience that I don’t recommend, it also makes I.T guys look bad, really bad. If you’re looking for customer service or I.T work do yourself a favor and spare yourself the horrible pain. You will not climb the ladder here people, and even if you do, you will be more miserable then before and become a dread lord just like your boss. I warned you. As for institutions that contract with these people, please consider the damage that will be done if you sign them on for your printer needs.
