AVacation4You ripoff fradulent lying dishonest Las Vegas Nevada
My name is Matt Christensen and I lost over $25,000 because of AVacation4You.com. I started trading vacations over 2 years ago, and last year decided to start selling them. I actually bought my vacations from seethesunriseonline.com, but avacation4you.com actually sells it's vacations to seetheriseonline. In a little over 2 months I sold over $25,000 worth of vacations, and I was estatic. Who wouldn't be right?
Well well it started to come down for my customers to redeem the vacations they had purchased the Avacation4you.com service reps informed them that they would not be able to redeem there vacations because I was not a "authorized" distributor of them. So my customers complained to me about that. Then they decided that they would let them purchase it but they would have to pay $350 in extra. Originally they had told me it would be $200-$250, not $350, so then my customers complained about that.
THEN AVacation4you, claimed that the vacation was $350 total and that they did not even have to pay me anything and that they could go straight through them instead of me. End Result? I had to refund $25,000(Which of course I could not refund it all) because they lied to me numerous times, and would not stick to their agreement. When I did not have all of my money to refund some customers sued me.
AVacation4You gladly stepped in and wrote me a letter claiming that if I ever mentioned there name again they would sue me for hurting their company name. Well I say SCREW them, let the world know about there a*****e company, and their dishonest ways. I am in court not with possible Felony's for not being able to pay back the money, and they get to keep my money, along with my customers money who have also been scammed. BEWARE!!!!

Well, quite simply this guy violated the terms of our agreement. They are not to be sold unless they are a distributor for us. These people were not and bought them from this other company that sells them only for businesses to giveaway to customers. The reason we don't allow this is so everyone is informed on how are program works, by reading our terms and manual that we sent out. First his claims are insane. We invalidate anybody's vacation if they don't follow the rules, even distributors of ours and we persue legal actions and obtain judgements against them when they don't. We play by the rules and when others don't we do everything we can to stop them, because they may not be following the law and hurting our reputation. We did try and assist the customers with vacations because they were hurt by this guy. We could not offer them the promotional rates, because they did not have the vacation forms and obtained them from an outside source so we charged them a bit more if they wished to travel. We could have simply said, no sorry we can't help at all. But that is not us, many were upset at this guy and wanted to go on vacation, so we helped with that. Thanks
