I was actually planning on relocating my family to pursue a career with this so called "rapidly growing company" . It looked like a fabulous opportunity as I was interested in getting into marketing. When I decided to call the office and speak to the unsuspecting receptionist to find out who the parent company was, she unwittingly disclosed it was the Landers group... What a can of worms!
Anyone looking at pursuing employment with Avalon Advertising should look at this site under LANDERS GROUP, AND KELLY ADVERTISING to see the scam that it really is! I thoroughly checked because I have 2 mouths to feed besides my own & have to be very careful. However, NO One should get suckered into wasting precious time, energy AND $$$ for this scam that is apparently nothing more than your door to door vacum cleaner salesman position, ... No, its worse because your actually pressured into trying to scam other unsuspecting individuals to buy into this Sham by working under your team! Check it out for yourselves!

Funny how I and my response was described as "Misinformed" when the information I received was directly from AVALON EMPLOYEES.
When I could not find information on Avalon per se, I obtained your parent company information directly from Avalon Personnel and then easily found a list of accounts of others lured in by the attractive marketing techniques utilized by Avalon targeting unsuspecting inexperienced "Management Trainees".
Numerous accounts of individuals who bought into the "Exciting Management Opportunity" played up in their ads, only to disappoint unsuspecting individuals innocently looking to advance their careers.
IF I am misinformed, so are Avalon employees! Apparently the local name operated under is only a mask to camouflage their real identity!
In retrospect, I now see why such a "Great Company" like Avalon always appears to have numerous openings, all at the same time , and at any given time.
SO glad I looked behind the curtains. Avalon can attempt to discredit this rebuttal, however my startling discovery about Avalon was only made when simply trying to investigate their credibility for my own wellbeing, and would hope to prevent others from avoiding a wrong turn as I thankfully have.

It often happens that people confuse companies with others or are unaware of the history of smaller independent companies. Avalon Advertising does not have a parent company. It is a privately owned company based out of Brookfield, WI that originated in the fall of 2006. We are not connected to Landers Group or Kelly Advertising. We work with Fortune 500 and 200 companies such as the Milwaukee Bucks, Milwaukee Admirals, Milwaukee Wave, Papa John's, Dominos Pizza, premier golf courses and resorts and many more. We do not sell vaccume cleaners now, nor have we ever. We are very proud of our portfolio and the advertising we do for all of our clients. My staff and I have worked extremely hard to generate the porfolio we have, and our clients boast about the results we can deliver. We haven't received a single complaint about the company since our inception and stand by our mission statement strongly.
