Complaint Review: Avalon Oaks Apartments Columbus Ohio

I have lived at Avalon Oaks for almost 4 years. When I moved in it was the nicest apartments on the southwest side of columbus. Since the new managment took over, it has been down hill. The people are rude, the grounds are dirty, you cant get anyone to fix anything.... the siding on the building is falling off and has been on the ground next to the building for comming up on two weeks. The manager shawna, is never in the office and when you can get ahold of her, she is rude. I will be contacting the housing authority about the sub-standard living condintions .
