Avalon Property Management is a haphazard property management company with bad attention to detail, customer service and fails to communicate with home owners on recurring fines. They run recurring fines on home owners for fixed problems, attach new discrepancies to old reports, and fail to properly invoice recurring fines on a consistent basis as they are required / should do. If you are an HOA board, I highly recommend using another property management company. They will end up getting your HOA and themselves sued for inproper performance. Very respectfully written. Go Elsewhere!
