his driver renter name of Tao Lin who had rearended me on Sept.17/2016 time: 3:14pm. Mr. T.Lin didnt speak english very well and hand me a avalon transportation service contract without any Insurance Policy. so i contact Mr.B.Hauck who is the Manager of A.T.S. on following Monday 19/2016. and did not get a return call or email from Mr.B.Hauck, then i finally got to see him on Wed. 21/2016 time 4:15pm. and he would render me their Insurance Policy and he said he would get back to me on Friday 23 and until now he has been avoiding my my Calls & Messages.
My guts tell me Mr.B.Hauck is Operating A.T.S. without being bond or Insured.
Can you Please help me ? My Liability Insurance Company tells me they think He is Operating without Insurance and that i may have to take him to a small claims Court and the auto body shop tells me the dsmages to the rear frame is beyound repair and the cost is over $5,000
