Avalon Berkeley I was a on call worker when I would enter call in hours which is extra hours the hours were deducted from my time not addded. if i worked 40 hours and had 6 hours of call in time the would take 6 hours from my 40 and make it look like i get extra and the call ins were subtracted hours not added. I did time cards and pay for the emploies.I also could see my own time card and when I worked overtime it was not added but subtracted from by daily hours. Other workers noticed the same issue. I would print my time card and compair it to my pay it did not add up and they fudged the numbers and talked like a politician when I would piont out if I worked 10 hours of call in time and see my 80 hours drop to 70 and then 10 hours of call in. I was not paid time and a half for over time call ins. it was subtracted from my hours. I feel they owe me $1000s in back pay by steeling hour from me. I was the building manager I did the bills they did not fool me. I was forced to quit so i dont have acces to my records. my pay ended $.235367 not a even number they took the change and pocketed it. like the movie Office space. they tookall the fractions of pennies and pocketed it.
