i got a call from microsoft , so they said , they would fix 3 of my computers for $199.00 , took my debit card numbers and then charged $250.00 , i then call the number that was on screen at the time . they tell me they are not with that company , 1-877-401-6062 , they want 350.00 more to get my money back and fix my computers , but unless i buy another years subscription they can not help me get my money back , they said they could go to on line certified technician refund specialtys to get my refund , in short i am took for $250.00
