Complaint Review: Avangate

We purchased Kaspersky licenses and they were unable to fulfill the order.  When we called them they claimed they sent us the e-mail and should check our SPAM box still nothing.  We then called them again and they said they would send a note to their technical department still nothing.  We sent multiple e-mails to their support and still no response.  We asked for a refund and they said they can not offer a refund that will have to come from Kaspersky.  Kaspersky said that we need to go back to the reseller.

Do not do business with them they are criminals.  I am filing a criminal report against them as well.
