This company made 2 unauthorized charges to my Capital One credit card on August 22, 2012 for $69.99 and a sceond charge for the same $69.99.

I had purchased a 1 year subsctiption to this program a 2 or 3 years ago but did not renew that subscription and never authorized any other charges.
