Avanquest Driver-Soft Avanquest hides its relationship to Driver-Soft Calabasas, California
Avanquest and Driver-Soft both sell Driver Genius, a computer-driver-update program. Driver-Soft promises a free upgrade to the next version within one year. I bought Driver Genius 11 on June 30, 2012 from Avanquest, thinking they were Drivwer-Soft's parent comoany. Whne I asked them gfor an upgrader to DG12 on January 5, 2013 they refused. Driver-Soft, however, honored its promise. I asked Avanquest about their relationship to Driver-Soft. They did not reply. Their CEO, Roger Bloxberg, ignored my Feb. 9 message. Their CTO in France, Roger Politis, has rudely deleted my message without reading it. Their President in France, Bruno Vanryb, has also ignored it. Avanquest should come clean about its relationship to Driver-Soft and act honestly and transparently.
