I purchased CheckSoft on or about 12/9/09. Before I purchased the software, I asked them - if it would work with the 2010 version of the Quickbooks. They confirmed that it would work with 2010 version.

I installed the software and it would not work with the 2010 version of the quickbooks.

Now they are asking me buy the  new version of the softwarefor another $70 within 4/5 month after I purchase . Talked to customer service three times - each time for about 45 minutes - they are no help. THEY WILL NOT REFUND AND OR UPGRADE - THEY WANT ME PAY FULL PURCHASE PRICE - THEY ARE RIPOFF =- DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
