Complaint Review: Avanti Skin Renewal & Avanti Eye

My experience is like others listed here. I want to add that usually there is a box to check, verifying having read the Terms. There was no box. The terms were hidden at the bottom, with no special notice given them. 

Also, I filed a report with the BBB but they denied that I was a customer, claimed I called twice and they kept telling me they didn't know anything. But I had called them once, spoke to two persons who both refused refund; they didn't deny there was an order.

I had proof and sent all the detail. I'm still waiting.
