DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.  They come across like they are a "local florist" when actually they are Nationwide.  We ordered a large standing spray of flowers for a funeral that were to be delivered last Friday, June 6, 2014.  I received an email today, Monday, June 9th, that said the following:  

Sir/Madam, 


We apologize for the inconvenience but unfortunately we are unable to deliver the arrangement in time for the service and would like to deliver it to the home of the family, or a fruit basket. Please contact us at your earliest convenience to provide a home address and we will deliver it as soon as possible. Again our sincerest apologies.

REALLY.....

When I placed the order, I thought I was speaking to a local florist.  She said the church the flowers were being delivered to was only 5 miles away and "GUARANTEED" DELIVERY!  They said they had the wrong "zip code" but I gave them the correct zip code as well as the phone number of the church.   This company is a complete joke.  Do they really think sending a "fruit basket" is going to ease the pain of not having flowers delivered for a funeral service.  Unbelievable.  

 

Please, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!  They are heartless.
