Complaint Review: Avas Flowers

 I searched through Google to find a florist in Sandy, Oregon because I wanted a local florist. The search result listed Avas Flowers. I ordered the flowers for Mother's Day to be delivered on May 11th from them and the delivery was to be no later than 6 p.m.. When they failed to arrive by May 12th (Mother's Day) I called to find out what happened. I was assured they would arrive that day. Monday afternoon they finally arrived, but were already turning brown. Avas was contacted again, but they refused to refund my money.
