AVAS FLOWERS Did not deliver flowers...... Internet
I ordered flowers from AVAS FLOWERS 3 weeks prior to our anniversary of February 3rd. The flowers were paid for but they were not delivered. I can understand errors being made.. but when they have the automated answering service that keeps you going in circles without ever being able to speak to a customer service representative, indicates they are dodging unhappy customers. I even called and selected the option to place a new order. Magically, I was talking to a live person. However when this person found out I was calling to complain... they became an answering service and I'd have to call back.
I sent emails asking for an answer why the order wasn't delivered. I received one email back saying the order was "IN TRANSIT". This was at 11:30 PM on the day it was to be delivered.
This company should be shut down and fined heavily... they can afford it, I'm sure after ripping off so many people.
