My great grandson died after suffering with a bad heart after 7 months of fighting. He was in Creedmoor, North Carolina and i'm here in Wasilla Alaska. I ordered a spray from Avas Flowers for the church and be put by the coffin. Even paid extra to be delivered before 1pm which the service started. I recieved a phone call stating they got there at 1 and the service was already over. They were behind the church at the grave site which i told them. The driver kied and said they were delivered as they hadn't. Next they wanted to deiver the flowers to the home of my ganddaughter and have someone else deliver to the grave site from a family mmber. They only wanted to subtract $22.00 for the incovience of the whole thing. I feel i should get all my money back as everyone was going thru enough to have to deal with this too. I really feel they treated me and my family wrong and to lie about it too. Unexceptable!!!
