Avas Flowers False advertising / dead flowers Internet
I searched the internet for a local florist in Ontario California that could deliver flowers to our hotel. Avas Flowers advertised as a local florist and had a rating of 4.5 stars. I ordered white roses with a vase included and they were to contact me at the hotel when delivered. I was never contacted so I called the front desk and a box had been delivered. I received a dozen partialy dried and turning brown roses that were not in water. I tried to contact Avas for a refund and did not get any help from them. I also did not get any help from American Express.
This company is a rip off.
