I am not the type of person to write a bad review on a business but, my experience with this company was BEYOND horrible.  So horrible, I wish I could rate it with ZERO stars. 

I went online and ordered a Christmas bouquet for someone.  I happened to see the actual bouquet that was delivered and in NO WAY did it resemble what I had paid for!  It was poorly put together, it wasn't full, very skimpy with the arrangement.  I hate to say it, it was UGLY.  I would have been better off going to the local super market to grab a pre-wrapped bundle of flowers at the check-stand.  

I called the company the following day, and they said they would re-deliver a new bouquet to the intended recipient. Shortly thereafter, I received and e-mail stating they attempted to redeliver and the recipient declined.  

That is not what happened.  

The company called the recipient and gave her a hard time on the phone as if she were the person who called and complained.  BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL. That should never have happened and I was very upset that they handled matters that way.

After addressing this issue AGAIN with the company, all they said they would do was refund a $10.00 delivery fee to me. The bouquet I purchased was close to $90.00!!!! 

I have ordered from various flower companies before and have always been satisfied with their services.  I thought I would try a new company....my mistake!!!!  I will never order EVER from this company again!!!!
