 I ordered flowers for my sister-in-law's funeral services. They delivered the wrong arrangement and the flowers were not fresh at all and were in fact turning brown upon arrival at the funeral home. I ordered a large arrangement and they sent a very small one. I was totally embarrassed during a very difficult time for my family. I spoke with them on the phone several times and also communicated through email. Their remedy was to refund me a whopping 15.00. Total joke. Do not use them. Their website is deceiving. I thought they were local, but they are an internet company which is probably not even based in the US as all of the people I spoke with could barely speak English.
