I ordered flowers from Ava's through the Internet and selected the Deluxe arrangement thinking it would be fuller and more impressive. Later I visited the recipient of these flowers and was very disappointed and embarrassed to actually see what I sent to her! I expected a larger flower arrangement and don’t believe what she received was what was displayed on their website. The flower arrangement was skimpy and appeared to have been arranged by a 6-year-old. Also, I can’t believe the original price listed on the website for this arrangement was $90.99! The listed "discount" price of $52.99, with an additional service charge of $13.95, is outrageous! I sent a couple of emails to the company with an attached picture of what was received.

After several follow-up emails, I finally received the final determination over a week after the flowers were delivered. Ava's representative replied as follows: "After reviewing your beautiful photo, and reviewing the recipe of this particular arrangement all flowers are represented accordingly. Therefore, your order has been approved and meets the Product Description as well as our Substitution Policies. I have attached a copy of both for your viewing." I kept a copy of the screen print of the arrangement advertised and the one received. I am appalled at the cost I spent on such a sparse flower arrangement. Despite their 5 Star rating posted on their website, this company is ripping people off by delivering overpriced products below acceptable standards.
