AVC - America Value Channel does not refund my money in a reasonnable fashion (30 days) it has been two months Lawrenceville Georgia
I received merchandise that was disapointing. I called for an RMA# the same day.Was given a # (1731 ) ,went to UPS and mailed back the merchandise.
They received it 2/11/08. They guarantee a refund within 30 days.I have called them numerous times left messages at times amd talked with different clerks.
the amount is $ 7.500.01 Please help ,and stop this kind of rip off.
They are making money on my money,they should be charged with embezzeling customers. Thanks

See my earlier report about the Tanzanite, I have had my problems resolved to my complete satisfaction. They were apologetic and stated that they are experiencing growing pains. They were unaware of the poor customer service and have set up an email for problems with a person to handle them Solutions@ShopAVC.com.
