Americas Value Channel Are Nothing But Thieves. I Have Lost Approx. 1200.00 To Them. Returned Merchandise Is NOT Refunded. When You Can Get A Cust. Rep. On Phone All You Get Are Lies And Excuses. They Can Be Very Rude. One Rep. Told Me She Was Tired Of Getting Screamed At By Angry Customers. She Knew What Was Going On But Could Do Nothing About It. The Office Manager Would Not Return Calls. I Have Been Fighting With Them For Over A Year To No Avail. Does Anyone Know OF Any Legal Recourse That Can Be Taken? Maybe Class Action Lawsuit? If Anyone Has Any Ideas Please Respond.
