When they arrived he said it would now cost 200 dollars. I told him that is way over the quote and unacceptable. He called supervisor and then they changed to 180. We are not in agreement with such an unforeseen upcharge. They then said we would still have to pay the service fee. dollars for him to come out. I reluctantly agreed since they did no work. Unbelievably the manager calls again after the technician left and said we agreed to 90 dollars and they’d do it for that. We will not be recommending or doing any business with this so called company again. Providing false quotes over phone and then trying to talk us into still paying more. We paid for nothing as is and that in itself is unacceptable practice. Furthermore the receipt doesn’t match the name I called or the invoice heading.

 I just read your complaint from a year ago about a company I used a few weeks ago that has the same phone number but I believe goes by the name Marshall Locksmith. I locked myself out of my car, called their service and was told they'd be there in 15- 20.

I called back a few times asking when they would be there since the office was only a few minutes away and was told someone was "almost there" almost two hour's later a guy who looked no more than 19 showed up. He asked to look at my insurance card then he told me the price to unlock my car after all the "fee's" was gonna be a whopping $214.!!!

My jaw dropped and I stepped back. Once I looked unwilling he quickly told me that my insurance would give back half of the money. I told him "but I only have liability" and he replied "oh they will, if you had full coverage you'd get the whole thing back" So since I'd already waited 2 hours I decided to go ahead seeing half would be $107.50.

I thought that was too much also but I went ahead. I WOULD have fact checked this with my insurance company had my phone not been in my car AND HE KNEW THIS. So yeah turns out my insurance would NOT cover any of it. They would have if I had road side assistance WHICH I DON'T . And that would have been what he SHOULD have told me but didn't.

So I was pretty furious and called them. Over and over I called. Then I emailed. NO ONE WOULD REPLY BACK!! I called one day and decided just to let it ring until someone answered and I looked at my phone and 7 minutes went by with no answer!! So I called back later again and just let it ring until finally a lady answered and told me her boss wasn't in but they would call me first thing in the morning.

That didn't happen. I had to call AGAIN. Finally getting a woman who goes by Celest Lopez and upon hearing my complaint she put me on hold, talked to her "tech guy" then came back on and proceeded to call me a liar YET they were willing to refund $30. To my account!?!?!? Its total B.S!!

When it comes down to it they conned me! So I'm letting everyone know what a lousy unprofessional company this is! Total liars not to mention they waste your time. I'm sorry to read something similar has happened to others. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF
