Complaint Review: Averitt express

Averitt express Dock Workers flipped zturn mower over in the crate and Repacked damaged zturn like nothing happened, Cant trust anyone Cookville Tennessee

 We ordered zturn mower from Husqvarna. Averitt delived mower. What Averitt did between Husqvarna dock and my dock was this.  The mowers packaging looked fine from the out side. 

When putting it together later that day an employee noticed that the mower had crushed from the top . So the big zrider had been flipped over and the deck got jamed up into the top of the frame,

It looks like they took the frame apart and tried to fix the mower by tring to piece things back together and getting the deck out from under frame. They did not get the deckfixed but did leave the parts in the bottom of crate.

When looking at crate you could see diffent nails or lag bolts were in it trying to hold crate toghter,  We filed claim and after several months of calling them they denied claim because they said we signed for mower with no damage to crate.  this is after they took it apart and tried to piece it back and pass it off as if it had not been dropped.

Not sure why they sent inspector out and he said it was their fault.  Two months ago ,  I thought Averitt was a better company , now two people trying to cover up a mess.  And leaving skyline to pay bill  for lawnmower that i cant sale. Mike the mower man
