Avery Air Conditioning They are not HONEST! Dallas Texas
Ray Setzer, the owner of Avery Air Conditioning is on several radio and TV stations in Dallas promoting his company. His slogan is "Honesty Above Reproach, Try Us You May Wish You Had". He states this in all of his radio ads and also puts it on his sales contracts.
Here is the problem with this. He has a FELON as a general manager. His general manager Don Norris was convicted of a 3rd degree felony in 2007 for theft. The theft was over $77,000. He has also been convicted of Prostitution which is a misdemeanor, he has a corrupt acts against him in Ohio. He also has some other issues from Florida.
If you are going to go on the radio and TV and basically say that your company is Honest, shouldn't you make sure the people you have working for you represent that notion?
I'm tired of companies taking advantage of the consumer and not telling the truth.
How can you say "Honesty Above Reproach" when you're general manager is a convicted theif?

On the contrary, employees are representatives of your company. If you have a convicted felon as an employee then that tells me that you are willing to employ a convicted felon. How do you "build your house on truth" when you employ a felon?

The report written by "Bsmith" was actually written by Randy Kelly. Mr. Kelly is the General Manager of One Hour Heating and Air in Dallas. It's a real shame that he would personally attack an employee of Ray's. Simply put, Avery is not dishonest because of a single employee's alleged past. Perhaps it is Randy Kelly who is dishonest. If not, why the fake name and why pretend to be a customer?

I think the remarks about the alledged felony conviction of one of the employees is miss guided. It has absolutely nothing to do with the quality or honesty of the company itself.
