We ordered a family holiday dinner to be delivered at our vacation hotel. Food and shipping were very expensive,Dinner arrived on time and the main course was excellent and tasty. Poor packaging resulted in the side dish (sauce) opening in transit and causing an incredible mess, making everything in the (very expensive) shipping container coated with g**k. I posted a constructive review on Avi-Glatt's website, pointing out the positive main dish as well as the shipping container failure and the consequent inedibility of the other items. They posted only the first two positive sentences of my review and left out the negatives, never contacted me and never offered any explanation, apology or compensation. An honest company would have not edited out the negative comments - make your own conclusions about any other customer feedback you see on their site.
