Complaint Review: Avira

Avira c4s...click for support I purchased a 3-year subscription to Avira for internet protection 1/2015...$899. I continue to receive requests for renewal. Unable to contact Avira c4s by phone, or email! Tried contacting the CEO...attempt unsuccessful! Have already blocked my credit card for "Automatic renewal!" Am now searching for better protection with "Open communication!" Avira would be my last choice, while searching for internet security. Buyer Beware... Nationwide

Avira (c4s) offered me a three year subscription for $899...no other fees! I'm now receiving notifications at the end of year one...asking to renew and update for a cost. Contacting by phone and emails have been unsuccessful! Contacting the CEO was unsuccesful!

Have already contacted my cc company to dispute the charges that took place during the initial offering! I do not recommend Avira, as a safe internet security program...due to lack of communication and support!

Any disputes, or rebuttles coming back from Avira (c4s) would be most welcome...current email contact/phone numbers that are Valid!
