AVIRA Company frauds sales and service of antivirus protection Bareingame California
Some time ago I purchased a new Dell CPU that was a powerful professional model much mor powerful than I needed. Apparantly AVIRA had a free virus protection service so i was advised to use it. Soon afterward I started getting endless pop-ups soliciting purchase of upgrades in service.
I decided to but the upgrade but to my dismay i was given very little support with the install. After FINALLY getting some help I was convinved that it was in fact correctly installed and working.
Slowly I began to notice substantial slowing doen of this VERY powerf VERY fast machine that became alarmingly slow as if it were about to crash. It would work OK for the foirst few minutes but after just a few minutes of use - it became almost stalled. I finally decided that something had to be done because something was VERY VERY wrong.
I tried several times to contact AVIRA by responding to some Emails I had received from them - the subject of which was of course to but MORE programs. They have completely ignored my for the past two weeks ( apx). I indicated in my last appeal for reasonand fair play that if they did notrespond I would file formal coplaints of fraud against the company ( AVIRA)
Still no response. Avira has no customer suport phone number - or Email or ANYREAL hard contact means to communicate with them. their site boasts of all this nonsense about help - but in reality -ther IS NONE! The effectively have disenfranchised their customers form ANY way to actually contact them. I can think of no other way to describe that sleaze than FRAUD!
I would appreciate your help ingetting the to do the right and correct thing and make good on their claims. They are an international corporationwith offices all over the world. How tey canstill remain in business as dishonest as they are - is a disgrace!
