AVIS CAR RENTAL AVIS RENT A CAR, AVIS LOSS PREVENTION DEPT. I rented a car from Avis when I returned the car 2 days late they called a repo on me I paid all the repo and late chrges BUT it didnt end there, I began to geet verbal abuse messages from the LOSS PR Internet, Virginia

How could Avis have such miserable, rude, verbally abusive agents work for their company??? I want AVIS to know that they need to really check the LOSS PREVENTION DEPT because they have these 2 women Amanda the so called Mgr. who doesnt want anything but to make your life miserable and Latifa the agent who hates her job so much that she takes it out on her customers. Avis, need to hire people who really know what customer service is... If anyone wants to be disrespected and recieve poor customer service call the LOSS PREVENTION DEPT @ AVIS and ask for LATIFA or AMANA 1-866-724-8222. These two women really enjoy making people feel like crap. I will NEVER rent from AVIS again and woul like to give al car renters this warning that AVIS treats their customers like s**t!!!
