Stay as far away from this company as you can and if you’re in the process of dealing with them make sure you get a second price before placing an order with them. I had a representative come out to my fathers house who is 87 to do a tuneup on his air-conditioning and his furnace. They tried to convince him he needed to spend $12,000 for a brand new furnace and air conditioning if he was going to make it through next summer and winter. AVIS will come in and financially take advantage of your family members if they don’t have a good education on the cost of heaters and furnaces, so make sure to educate yourself and do not let them over to your elderly parents house to do work unless you’re there! BUYER BEWARE!
