Complaint Review: Avis Rental Salt Lake City airport

Avis Rental Salt Lake City airport does not have a clue on how to bill people for the correct vehicle nor do they know how to check out a vehicle when leaving the airport or put someone behind the counter who knows what they are doing plus the language barrier was horrible. 3 weeks later, still haven't gotten my money back. never again. Parsippany Troy Hills New Jersey

Avis Rental Salt Lake City I rented a car at the airport, everything was fine until I returned it, first the original contract was cancelled because they screwed up, i get home and looked at the paperwork and i was charged for the car i didn't even rent plus a charge that was put on my credit card the day i rented, i called and got the rental amount corrected to coordinate with the price of the rental on 1 credit card.

The charge that was on another credit card was still there, I called and i was assured i would receive a credit..wrong, got charged a different amount. 3 weeks later i have not received credit for what they owe me. I am a one and done customer with them. I went thru Costco ..hopefully they drop them. Bottom line..don't rent a car thru Avis at the Salt Lake airport. Still no credit received
