Complaint Review: Avistar Fasttrack Airport parking

I recently made prepaid reservations at Avistar Fasttrack Airport Parking. Since I was prepaying I was eligible for their discounted price. I followed directions to print my receipt and show it to the attendant at the parking lot - otherwise I would not be eligible for the discount. I followed directions to Essington Ave and it said "Avistar is located on the right hand side". When I turned onto Essington Ave, it was indeed on the right hand side. I pulled in and showed the attendant my printed receipt. He looked at it and told me to show it when I come to pick up my car.

Two weeks later I return to pick up my car. I was informed then that I had parked in the wrong lot, that this lot was valet parking and not economy parking - which was down the road. I explained that I had shown my receipt to the attendant and he did not tell me I was in the wrong lot. I asked how I was supposed to know that there were two lots for this company. In the end I had to pay the valet rate or not get my car back. I asked who I could call about this and was given the name Frank.

Frank called me back after I left a message. It was like wasting my breath and my phone minutes. While he was polite, his only answer was "there is nothing we can do" to each and every point I had to make.

I looked up this company and they are the largest airport parking company in the country. Obviously they do not care if I am a repeat customer or not and their customer service policy is that the customer is always wrong. Very frustrating and I feel that it is possibly a bait and switch tactic.
