Avlimil Warner Health Care canceled managed care direct but still charging account wont give me info on account Cincinnati Ohio

avlimil took my debit card info in febuary no problem so i recieved my sample and then in march got charged 74.50 for 2 months well right then i called them and canceled they were very nice and canceled well i thought they did i was told in may when i received another charge for 74.50 that i need a cancelation number for it to be a a true cancelation.

i canceled on the phone and demanded acancelation number also canceled on the website when finished it did not give a cancelation number just said thank you after that i again called to see if i could get my money back well my debit card has both my husband and i both on card my husband name is first so they wont even speak to me any more.

i canceled in march because i figured if i wanted more i would go through another company that would not auto bill with out my consent also avlimil does not do any thing for me and i have spoke with several other women avlimil is junk!!!!!!
