I ordered my 30 day free trial of Avlimil and agreed to pay 4.50 in shipping with no further obligation. I was checking my bank statement and noticed I had been charged 35.00 twice on 28 Aug 03, for Avlimil.

I never ordered anymore of this product and called the company. I talked with Russell at ext. 2325 about why I was billed not once, but twice on the same day for something that I never ordered. He was very rude and stated I had to call my bank to get at letter stating that I was overcharged and send it to them so they could remove the one 35.00 charge and to send the package back when I received it to get a credit back for that.

I told him I should not have to pay for shipping and that I shouldn't have to work with my bank to fix their mistake. He stated that if I didn't want to do that then I could just go ahead and pay the 70.00. He was very rude and when I asked to speak to a supervisor, he said that there were none there.

I called my bank and they credited my account 35.00 and that they would take this dispute up with Avlimil about the fraudulent charge.

This seems like very poor business practice and should not be tolerated my anyone. I guarantee that there are thousands of people who have been ripped off by this company. The sad thing is that if people don't actively check their bank and credit card statements that they will continue to get away with this dishonest business practice
