Avlimil-Warner Health Care ripoff, unauthorized debit, coercive telephone reps, unresponsive customer care reps Cincinnati Ohio
I saw an ad on television offering a free 30-day trial of Avlimil. What woman does not want to improve her sexual response? I felt I had nothing to lose, so I called and ordered the product.
I was told by the customer care rep that I would be billed $4.50 for shipping and handling. He also convinced me to order a sexual enhancement for my partner, although I told him he did not need it. I thought, why not? It will only cost me $4.50 for that too. He also told me that I had until December 15 to call and request to be put on their Managed Care Direct Plan.
I checked my account balance today and there were 3 unauthorized debits to my checking account totalling $101.00. I called them to request a refund, and was told their policy was not to give any refunds, but they would cancel my subscription. I asked for a supervisor and was told the same thing. I asked for her supervisor and was told there was no one else I could talk to, and she was going to end my call. She said good bye and hung up!
