Complaint Review: Avlis Travel

On October 15, 2004, I received a call from Avlis Travel promising a $2500.00 credit card if I would let them take some money from my checking account. To this day, November 27, 2004, I have not received the credit card. I called them on November 19, 2004 and they told me it should be here within a week. Today I called again (November 27, 2004) and left a message. You cannot get a hold of anyone personally.

They tell you to leave a message. I did receive a call back today, (November 27, 2004) telling me that I would receive a travel package in the mail soon and that I was to send it back so they could send my credit card to me. I feel that I have been ripped off and I am on a limited income.

I would like to get my money back that I authorized for the credit card which was in the amount of $349.00.
