I ordered XBOX One and when it wasn't received after the time frame given I contacted them every 2 weeks for an update.
I NEVER got anyone on the phone. Only via emails. They constantly told me they needed more time but boasted their "full money back guarantee" if I no longer wished to wait. I asked for the refund and I am still waiting.
It has now been 7 months!!
