 Placed a $407 order for a Galaxy S5 in early July 2014. Did not receive the phone after several weeks. In late September 2014, I requested a refund and was told a refund would be given within 30+ business days. In December 2014 I was told that they have a new process for refunds, to give them my bank acct # and routing #, and they will make deposits until my refund amount was met. After discussing with my bank, I created an account just for this, and started receiving a few cents per transaction from "Google Test". As of May 2014, I have not seen any further deposits, and my account has only received about $160. I have tried to contact them with no success, and it appears that their website no longer exists either.
