I have received speeding ticket in North Carolina, going 86 in 70 zone, by the North Carolina traffic law if you going 15 MPH over speed limit you also charged with Reckless Driving which is criminal offence Misdemeanor class B, I was charges with speeding and Reckless driving. Smith, III ISLN: 900902541, who is currently practicing law in McCotter, Ashton & Smith, P.A. LAW firm, Mr. Kirby H. Smith, III ISLN: 900902541 indicate that he will dismiss reckless driving and will plea to speeding which lesser charge, however long story short  after 6 months of changing court date, he finally plead guilty to Reckless driving  Misdemeanor class B this charge made me Officially criminal in the United States, I contacted Mr. Kirby H. Smith, III ISLN: 900902541  in order to change this charge, he indicate that Reckless driving could be anything including smoke from the tires, but he didnt told me that because of this charge I will not get my American Passport, AVOID THIS ATTORNEY, on information and believe, Mr. Kirby H.
