Avoir Skin Care Made fraudulent charges to my credit card in the amounts of $94.53 and $98.73 for skincare that I not order also, never received any products that I were charged. Santa Ana California
Ordered free trial offer, from Avoir Skincare. Looked for any disclaimer or fine print, I was not able to locate in the ad. I have tried to speak to a company representative to credit my credit card, but I have not been able to speak to a person who will address my complaint.
Ordered free trial offer for skincare products, using "Ellen" in their advertising. I perused advertisement for any fine print for any future obligation on my part. I found none in their ad. As stated above, fraudulent charges were made to my credit card (I had given for shipping charges of $4.95). In the amounts of $94.53 and $98.73. I not only did not receive any correspondence from Avoir informing me of the charges or conditions, I have never received the products that were charged to me.
I ordered a "Free Trial Offer" I would never purchase a product I could afford. I will also be reporting Avoir to the BBB.
