Complaint Review: Avtech Direct

I have tried unsuccessfully to be removed from this company's email lists for many months. I never signed up to receive their "Staff Announcements" but I have been receiving them periodically for nearly a year. I have called their office on more than four occasions and ask to be removed. Each time they swear up and down that whatever went wrong last time will be ok next time. Instead of receiving fewer spams I have received many more (five in the last two months alone). I have complained to the spammer's ISP, but they keep using different consumer accounts, mostly with Comcast.
