Complaint Review: Award Notification Commision

I recived a letter in the mail saying that I won 3 Million dollors and that all I needed to do is send in $11.89 and a extra $3.00 to get rush services. Why do people do this to other people. Im glad that Im smarter then that. Just wonder how many people did fall for it. I did think that it was real for a moment. But then had to get on the computer to realize it was a scam. What happons to these people who send out this stuff to us. Is there any legal action take forth with them for doing this to people. Just know next time to look online to see what is realing going on
