I recieved this letter today March 20,2017. Thinking it was another Publishers Clearing House letter to fillout. I had actually filled it out and asked my husband which option should I pick. It was 2,000,000.00 Annuity of 30 Annual Payments of 66,666.66. Or Lump Sum of 1,325,000.00. But, I had to enclose 12.99 for Premium Offer Purchase Fee for the 2500.00 gift certificate for 75% off Wonrewards.com online merchandise and service offering. That was the first thing that made me suspicious. No Purchase Necessary to Enter. The address is in Kansas City, Kansas. I knew then it couldn't have anything to do with Publishers Clearing House.
