Complaint Review: Award Notification Commission

Award Notification Commission Award Notification Commission Judging Office. Sent by Larry Hourd. Said I won either a lump sum of 1,320,000.00 or 2,000,000.00 over 30year in payments of 66,667.00 each year. They asked me to reply within 7day of me getting my letter and had to pay 12.99 acquisition fee for premium offer and was due and is required to be paid to the office of ANC aka AWARD NOTIFICATION COMMISSION upon recipt of my letter in order to recive my winnings. I got a letter in the mail saying that this company was trying to get ahold of me regarding a prize entry of 1,100,000.00 and needed to hear from me by 10/31/13. so contacted them to see what this was all about they said that i could enter to win 2,000,000.00 over the phone and there was no purchase required to enter, so i ented. Then apx a two weeks latter i i got another letter saying that i had won 2,000,000.00 split into payments of 66,667.00 over the next 30 years of a lump sum of 1,320,000.00. i had to pay 12.99 to have it sent to me or 15.99 to have it rushed to me. Never did get anything and 15.99 to a single mom is either some food or gas in the car, I was so upset that I had been tricked into something so heartless.
