The letter also stated no taxes are withheld and no commissions are due or expressed as a condition of acceptin the AWARDS of CASH FUNDS through the letter. The letter also stated an Acquistion Fee for Premium Offer is due as required for $12.99 payable to the office od ANC. Enclose remittance by cash, check, or money order.
