Complaint Review: Award Notification Commission

I received a letter in the mail stating I was one of the runner ups for a million dollars. They asked me certain questions, like "have I ever won a large sum of money before and would I like a certain number of payments of $33,000 a year, or would I like a lump sum of $528, 000. They asked me to send them $11.98 for processing. I sent it to them.A couple of weeks later, I received another letter in the mail stating the ANC Company is ready to process legat paperwork, so I could receive this money. Earlier this morning, I sent them another $12. 00 money order. I received word from my friend today that she received the same information in the mail and she sent them $50. THey sent her another envelope stating she needed to send another $11. 98. That is the story.
