I rec'd a letter informing me I had won 1.4 million and all I need to do was sent 19.99 a fee and the funds would be released to me. I see several other reports of this nature. Obiously like all the rest out there any time anyone asks you for anything when you have won something the red flags should go up. I urge everyone to just do an internet search for any questionable corespondance one receives. By all means protect your children and the elderly that you know.
