I don't think that Tony Ramanauskas and Patrick Sean Pitts realize the destruction that they and their company have caused myself and 20+ customers who have given close to $700,000.00 to have pools built in our homes. Not only have they taken our money, but have not paid subcontractors who are now placing liens on our homes because of Award Pools and their owners mismanagement of construction funds. Our pool is not complete and there are piles of dirt everywhere. I hope that the attorney general prosecutes them both and their company to the fullest extreme of the law.

Have you spoke with the Department of Business & Professional Regulation?

Have you filed a complaint with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation?

Per Florida Statutes, the contractor can not go more than 90 days without showing up. Doing so is considered abandoning the job and is an actionable offense.

If you have paid up front for materials, pool enclosure, etc., the subcontractor/supplier is not paid and files a lien against your home, the subcontractor has misused construction funds and that is also an actionable offense.

If any of these cases apply, you should be able to press charges with the state attorney via the local police.
